Richard and I stayed at the Savoia Hotel Regency in Bologna in 2017. It’s a beautiful hotel that feels very fancy but has great prices.  Our favorite restaurant in Bologna was Garganelli restaurant in the hotel. This restaurant is all about a refined and elegant environment.
