In this blog, I’ll be guiding you on where to stay and what to do during white truffle season in Alba.  So, forget truffle oil, which is  is flavored with chemicals and has a strong overuse of garlic, genuine truffles taste nothing like this, which is seen as sacrilege by the purists and practically all chefs.  We’ve had some amazing truffle based dishes and Alba in Italy has probably the most famous truffles of all.
